16. A building has 10 storeys above ground and 3 storeys below ground. Each storey has a height of 4 m.
a) What is the total height of the building above ground?
10 x 4= 40
40 m above ground
b) What is the total depth of the building below ground?
(-3) x 4 = 12
12 m below ground
