Rate: A rate compares two quantities but in a different unit (eg. 20km/ 2hrs)
Proportion: A proportion is two equivalent fraction, rate or ratio (eg 1/2=2/4)

Part 2: Questions

1) 5 hours to travel 360 kilometres is about _____km/h.
2) Emma saves 28 cents of every dollar that she earns.  Emma earned $75 last week.  How much money did Emma save last week?

Part 3: Equivalent ways

Part 4: Video

Part 5: Social Justice

1)it is not fair.
2)I don't think it fair for him to stay in jail for 15 years.
3)I made this choice because he admitted that he stole the money and said he was homeless and hungry. Another one is instead of him stealing more money the CEO had 3 billion and he got sentenced for 15 years just by stealing a 100 dollar bill.
4)If I was a judge I will still make him go to jail but not for 15 years but only 2 years because he did need the the money but he shouldn't have stole it.

  2. The first star that I will give to is the questions part because I used pictures to come up with the answer. The second star will go to definitions because I used examples of the definition. The last one will be the posting the video because I used the appropriate video. One wish for me is I should have put much more detail in part 5.
