Part 3

Part 4

Part 5

1. Does this seem fair?
-Yes it does seem fair, but at the same time it doesn't.

2.  With what you know about proportion look and read what is above.  Does it seem just and fair?
- It doesn't really seem fair for the homeless man but it is kind of fair for the CEO.

3. Why have you made this choice?
- I've made this choice because the CEO stole 3 billion dollars from the company that he worked for, and he would only be in jail for 40 months (or 3 years). The homeless man, stole 100 dollars from a bank, and he's going to be in jail for 15 years. This doesn't seem fair because the CEO stole more money than the homeless man, and he's in jail for a shorter time. I also think that it does seem kind of fair for the homeless man because since he would be in jail for a longer time, he wouldn't have to sleep outside. He would have a roof over his head, and food to eat instead of being hungry and sleeping outside. So I think that being in jail would help the homeless man.
4.  What would you have done if you were the judge?
 - If I was the judge, I would've kept the CEO in jail for a longer time because he stole a lot of money. For the homeless man, I still would've put him in jail because he still stole from a bank. I wouldn't have put the homeless man in  jail for that long, but I would still keep him in there because I know the situation he's in.

  1. My overall impression of the post is that you took your time and organized your post in a neat way. You did well on explaining your answers, showing examples, and giving your full opinion as to why you thought it was and wasn't fair at the same time. Next time, you should try answering questions like the Social Justice question with proportion. You should also answer the bonus question next time. :)
