3. Because the man who stole 3$ billion dollars is only sentenced to jail for 6 years while the homeless man who only stole 100$ was sentenced to jail for 15 years. At least the man will no longer be homeless and hungry, he has a bed to sleep on and the prison will give him food everyday so he won't starve.
4. If I was a judge, I would've only sentenced the homeless man 5 years in jail while the guy who stole the 3$ billion dollars, I would've sentenced him to a lifetime in prison.
